56TH INTERNATIONAL EUCHARISTIC CONGRESS

Pope Benedict XVI has announced that the next Eucharistic Congress will be held in Ireland 2012.  Further details will appear in the bulletin in the coming weeks.  To meet the expense of it a special collection will be taken up in every Church in Ireland.

Lectio Divina every Mon from 8pm to 9pm at the Presentation Convent. "The word of God is nearyou, oryour lips, in your bearts" Romans.

Never takefor granted the gift of Eucharist, receive it with expectation, joy and excitement!

CASTLELACK NATIONAL SCHOOL Annual School Sports Day takes place on Sunday 14th June at 2pm at Brinny, Innishannon.  All are welcome.

BANDON FAMILY SUPPORT GROUP would like to remind residents in Deerpark and Clancool to urgently return completed surveys to the centre at 47 Deerpark so that we can start planning future events and activities.  Thanks in advance for this.  Rita Kearney, coordinator.

CITIZENS' INFORMATION SERVICE mobile unit will be in Riverside Shopping Centre car park from Monday 15th to Friday 19th June 2009.

CUMANN SEANCHMS NA BANNDAN Wednesday 17th June a visit to the KenneighCopeen area.  Guide: Colm Cronin.  Leave St. Patrick's car park, Bandon at 7.00pm sharp or meet at the round tower in Kenneigh at 7.30pm. New members welcome to join on the evening.
